INTERACTIVE COOKING WORKSHOPS

This is the opportunity for you to cook with others in small groups, with Laura's guidance, to create a beautiful communal meal. Rooted Angel Cooking Workshops honor the sacred connection with Mother Earth and the Divine through our communion with food and one another. Cooking workshops focus on the use of whole, fresh, organic, seasonal and local foods. Come with an open heart - no previous experience in the kitchen is required.
